Q: Why does everything I chop turn into mush?

A: You may be over processing your food by letting your Magic Bullet slip into Lock On Mode () when you should be using the Pulse Technique (). Please read the Pulse Technique instructions on page 15 of the user manual or follow the steps shown in these video demonstrations and you'll be making perfect chopped onion, salsa and all your favorite textured foods in no time.

Q: Why does THE BULLET^™not crush ice, it just spins it around?

A: You may be overloading your cup. If you're using the bigger, homemade ice cubes, they need some room to move around so they can reach the blade. Smaller, less dense cubes will crush much easier. For the best results, combine a little liquid with the ice. to see Blended Iced Coffee Drink video demonstration for more information.

Q: What would cause the extractor to have so much pulp but no juice?

A: Most fruit is very fibrous which means you'll get a lot of pulp. When juicing, it's a great idea to combine dense fruits and vegetables with juicy ones. A tasty combination cocktail is orange-cantaloupe juice. The orange will leave quite a bit of pulp, but the cantaloupe has very little. Carrot-Watermelon juice is another great combination. juicing with the Magic Bullet.

Q: It says everything is dishwasher safe, why did my cups come out deformed after I put in the dishwasher?

A: As mentioned in your User Manual, you should always wash the cups on the top shelf of you dishwasher. It's very likely that you have your dishwasher set to sanitize mode which uses extreme heat to clean the contents of the dishwasher.
