Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you made — you just cannot add more until you upgrade, and exported PDFs carry a watermark until you do.
No — the mobile app is bought separately. A licence bought here unlocks the desktop app on Windows, Mac and Linux. The Android app is free to install from Google Play with the same demo caps, and you unlock it with an in-app purchase through your Google account. There is no key to type on a phone, and a key from this site will not work there.
Only to buy and activate. After that the app runs entirely offline and your data stays on your own computer — we never hold it.
No. Automatic sync between your computers and phones, through your own Google Drive, is included with every paid plan. Manual backup and restore are free on every plan, including the demo.
No. You pay once for 12 months on one computer, and nothing is charged after that. We email you 30 days and 7 days before it ends. Renew if you want another year (renewing early adds the year to your end date), or switch to lifetime. If it ends, nothing is deleted — the app goes back to the demo limits.
One optional one: trade template packs, with job templates and service agreements written for your trade. They are bought for the desktop app, and Drive Sync carries them to your phone.
