D'Online Store operates donlinestore.com and the Daily Invoice Maker application. We are a small independent software business. You can contact us at support@donlinestore.com.
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address, name, and an encrypted password hash. We do not store your plain-text password.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We store only the transaction ID and amount — never your card number, bank details, or PayPal credentials.
License activation: When you activate a license, we store an anonymised device identifier (a one-way hash) to enforce the 2-device limit.
What we do NOT collect: Your invoices, customers, expenses, receipts, business revenue, or any data you enter into the app. All of that is stored locally on your device.
We use your information solely to:
Your account data is stored on servers hosted by DreamHost in the United States. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All connections to this website use HTTPS (TLS encryption). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but no system is 100% secure.
We use a single session cookie named auth_token
to keep you logged in. This cookie contains no personal information — only an encrypted session identifier.
It expires after 30 days or when you sign out. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google servers (your IP address is shared with Google as part of the font request).

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations.
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. The current version is always available at this URL.
