How do I invoice a customer with no internet or cell service?

What usually goes wrong
Assuming offline means read-only
Many tools let you view offline but not create. Check that you can actually make a new invoice with the connection off, not just open an old one.

Nothing to hand the customer

Does the app need internet at all?
Only for emailing invoices, and for optional extras like AI receipt scanning or cloud sync. Core invoicing, estimates, expenses, mileage and reports are fully offline.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer. It is not uploaded anywhere unless you deliberately turn on a sync or backup option, which is why no account is required to use it.
What if my computer dies?
Use Backup & Sync to keep a copy. Local-first means the data is yours, which also means the backup is your responsibility.
Can I work offline on a phone?
